AS APF Holdings (Nasdaq Riga First North: EGG) re-elected the company's supervisory board to four members on June 30, 2025. The company's current supervisory board member Uldis Iltners was re-elected as the chairman of the supervisory board, and legal management professional Ruta Amtmane, who is a newcomer to the supervisory board, was elected as the deputy chairman. Miguel Jordao and Aleksandrs Adamovičs also continue to work on the supervisory board.
The re-election of the supervisory board takes place at a time when APF Holdings continues to purposefully implement its growth strategy after the successful implementation of its IPO in 2023 and the subsequent completion of significant investment projects - two new laying hen houses and egg product production and storage complexes in Alūksne. The two new laying hen houses are expected to increase egg production capacity by approximately 60%, which is a strategically fundamental achievement.
The company’s focus is on sustainability, innovation and compliance with capital market requirements. The new composition of the supervisory board l will ensure both strategic continuity and additional expertise in the regulatory and governance areas.
“The re-elected supervisory board combines sustainable management continuity with a new, strategically important contribution. Ruta Amtmane is a high-level lawyer and corporate governance professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Latvian banking and financial sector. Thanks to her in-depth experience in the field of regulatory compliance, risk management and corporate governance, Ruta will help APF Holdings to purposefully strengthen its legal governance system and compliance with stock exchange requirements,” says Jurijs Adamovičs, Chairman of the Board and largest shareholder of APF Holdings.
“APF Holdings is currently in a dynamic development phase – we are expanding production, entering new markets and strengthening governance. The re-election of the Supervisory Board ensures both strategic succession and professional contribution in areas such as legal compliance and risk management. I am pleased that Ruta Amtmane is joining our team – her experience will significantly strengthen our management capabilities in the next stage of growth,” says Uldis Iltners, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of APF Holdings.
