APF Holdings IPO starts today and will run until October 30

The initial public offering (IPO) of APF Holdings (hereinafter APF) shares starts today at 10 a.m., and any resident of Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, as well as institutional investors, can subscribe for the new APF shares until 3:30 p.m. on October 30. The price per share is EUR 6.81 and the minimum investment is one share. APF is a group of companies comprising one of the largest poultry and egg production companies in Latvia, SIA Alūksnes Putnu Ferma, and poultry and rearing company SIA Preiļu Putni.
Enlight Research values APF Holdings at EUR 51 million, value of one share - EUR 8.92

International investment research company Enlight Research, that is regularly engaged in evaluating the shares of companies listed on the Baltic bourse, has valued the shares of JSC APF Holdings (hereinafter – APF) at EUR 51 million, while the value of one share is EUR 8.92. This valuation exceeds the share price set in APF Initial Public Offering – EUR 6.81.

JSC APF Holdings (hereinafter referred to as APF), a group of companies comprising one of the largest poultry farming and egg producing enterprises in Latvia LLC Alūksnes putnu ferma and poultry farming and breeding company LLC Preiļu putni, has received the Bank of Latvia’s approval for the Prospectus of an initial public offering (hereinafter referred to as IPO) of APF shares, in which the IPO share price has been set at EUR 6.81 and the share subscription period from October 13 to 30.

Joint-stock company APF Holdings (hereinafter – APF), a group of companies that includes one of the largest poultry and egg production companies in Latvia, SIA Alūksnes Putnu Ferma, and poultry and rearing company SIA Preiļu Putni, has before its initial public offering (IPO), scheduled for this coming fall, appointed a new supervisory board. Uldis Iltners is the new chairman of the supervisory board and Eva Berlaus is his deputy. The other supervisory board members are Miguel Jordao and Aleksandrs Adamovičs.

During its initial public offering (IPO) scheduled for the fall this year, joint-stock company APF Holdings (hereinafter – APF), a group of companies comprising one of the largest poultry and egg production companies in Latvia, SIA Aluksnes Putnu Ferma, and poultry and rearing company SIA Preilu Putni, aims to raise investor capital to significantly expand the scale of Aluksnes Putnu Ferma Group’s operations and increase egg production 60% by 2025. Growth of this scale will elevate the company’s revenues from around EUR 11 million in 2022 to EUR 25 million in 2025.
